With a background grounded in real-world operations, Mark specialises in integrating modern drone technology into traditional building wash, inspection, and infrastructure maintenance workflows. His focus is on improving safety, efficiency, and capability by reducing working-at-height exposure while delivering reliable, compliant aerial solutions.

As Chief Pilot, Mark oversees all flight operations, aviation compliance, and pilot standards, ensuring every project is conducted safely, professionally, and in line with New Zealand CAA requirements. He works closely with contractors, asset owners, and partners to deliver practical drone services that add genuine value on site.

Mark’s approach is straightforward: use the right technology, apply it properly, and operate to the highest professional standards — from ground to sky.

Jono Henderson - Ground operator / Pilot

Jono is a key member of the Skyreach team, specialising in ground-based wash operations and drone support. With hands-on experience operating wash trucks and aerial systems, he plays a critical role in delivering safe, efficient exterior cleaning and inspection services.

Jono works closely with the flight team to ensure seamless coordination between ground and aerial operations on every site.
